Additional information:
The combination of yoga, breathwork and meditation results in re-balancing the body and mind and bringing you into a deep state of relaxation. Moving the body from the sympathetic mode of our nervous system into the parasympathetic mode (rest and relax) enables all our body systems to drop into a state of rejuvenation and homeostasis. This is where we thrive in both our physical and our emotional health.

Opening yoga practice with Marcel:
We will begin with a dynamic practice, of moving through a series of poses in a fluid, continuous manner, creating a rhythm that encourages mindfulness and presence. Followed by a healing meditation for emotional and mental balance.
Our afternoon yoga session includes a practice of Yin Yoga. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding passive poses for extended periods, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation and mindfulness.Yin yoga helps us to release physical, mental and emotional tension, by focusing on the deep connectives tissues of the body where often these tensions are held. The results from both is a sense of freedom and peace. Finishing up our practice with a round of chanting. A truly uplifting unique experience not to be missed. Chanting is a meditative practice that involves vocalizing specific sounds, words, or phrases, often in a rhythmic or melodic manner. The vibrations produced by chanting can create a sense of unity and peace, making it a powerful tool for enhancing mindfulness, reducing stress, and fostering a deeper spiritual connection.
